Attorney

Mr. Blasini is an Attorney graduated from the University of Sacred Heart, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Justice System and his Master’s degree in Human Rights and Antidiscrimination Law, and his Juris Doctor from Inter American University of Puerto Rico. 

He has had a public service career in San Juan and Washington, D.C. that has spanned all three branches of government. In the private sector, he has more than ten years of experience serving Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Primary Medical Groups (PMGs) designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and hospitals.

Erika D. Marquez, holds a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Ms. Marquez also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, with a major in Political Sciences.  She has been admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar and has over 7 years of experience in the full spectrum of corporate compliance. Proven proficiency in delivering the highest quality strategic solutions to resolve legal and compliance-related queries that not only require legal and technical knowledge, precision and accuracy in problem solving, equally important, require in-depth analysis and writing techniques that she masters in both English and Spanish languages. Addressing our clients challenges and propelling business growth while analyzing high bulk of legal, financial and quality control/ quality assurance data. 

Real Estate Consultant

Blasini holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from Sacred Heart University and a Master's degree in Marketing from Metropolitan University.  

She is an accomplished entrepreneur and professional with over 10 years of experience in the mortgage, real estate and tourism industries. She has worked in the development field with Prime Property Group as a manager and salesperson of prestigious properties.
