Mr. Blasini is an attorney who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Justice Systems and his Master’s degree in Human Rights and Antidiscrimination Law from the University of the Sacred Heart, as well as his Juris Doctor from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
He has built a distinguished public service career in San Juan and Washington, D.C., spanning all three branches of government. In the private sector, he has more than ten years of experience advising and serving Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Primary Medical Groups (PMGs) designated as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and hospitals.
After serving as Vice President of Corporate Compliance at MPC, where he also provided executive oversight of legal affairs, and as Commissioner of the Health Law Committee of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, Mr. Blasini founded his law firm, Blasini Legal Group.
