Mr. Blasini public service career, in San Juan and Washington D.C, has stretched across the three branches of government, and his private service career has spanned over 10 years serving to Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Primary Medical Groups (PMG) with designation as Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Hospitals. He is an Attorney graduated from the University of Sacred Heart, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Justice System and his Master’s degree in Human Rights and Antidiscrimination Law, and his Juris Doctor from Inter American University of Puerto Rico. He also spent a summer semester at Complutense University Faculty of Laws and Bologna University Faculty of Laws doing a Comparative, and International Law Program. Mr. Blasini is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and Executive Office for Immigration Review of the United States Department of Justice. He is member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
