Our Health and Compliance division deals with legal and regulatory risk within the operations of healthcare providers in Puerto Rico. We provide technical assistance to Health Centers, perform compliance and FWA risk assessments for Medicare and Medicaid providers, medical malpractice claims management and medical debt collection. Additionally, we provide legal representation in case of any legal claim and appeals before Administrative Agencies and the Court of Appeals of Puerto Rico.
